Migrating from TradeZella
Move your trade history out of TradeZella and into Viktury with the journal import, including which columns map automatically.
TradeZella is a polished, stocks-and-futures-first journal. If you trade crypto, moving to Viktury keeps your history and rebuilds your analytics on a crypto-native PnL model. You do not need to copy numbers across by hand.
Export from TradeZella
Export your trade history as a CSV from TradeZella's data or import/export area, not a summary or a PDF report. You want the file with one row per trade or per execution, including the symbol, date and time, side, quantity, price, and fees.
If you can still reach the original fills from the exchange you traded on, that export is the most accurate source. A journal's own export is fine to use, but it may already have rounded or reshaped the data.
Import into Viktury
Open Import from another journal from the Accounts page. In the Source menu, choose TradeZella. Viktury recognizes the standard TradeZella column layout and pre-fills the mapping for you, including splitting its separate date and time columns back into a single timestamp so intraday ordering survives.
Upload the file, name the account, and review the Map columns step. The required fields should already be filled in. If your export has extra columns the preset did not catch, set them by hand here. When the columns look right, Viktury shows a preview with duplicate detection before anything is saved, so you can commit or discard.
If your file is execution-level rather than one row per round trip, leave the row model on Fill. Viktury matches the executions into round trips using FIFO.
What carries over
Symbols, entries, exits, sizes, timestamps, and fees carry over, and Viktury recomputes your stats from them, so the equity curve, win rate, and R-multiples come back fresh.
If your export includes a notes column, a tags column, or a setup grade (A/B/C), map those in the Map columns step and they come across too. Anything specific to TradeZella that has no column in the export, such as its own internal fields, will not map automatically. Plan to re-create your playbooks in Viktury once your trades are in. If you have a large history and the import looks off, send us the file through the contact form and we will help map it.
