Migrating from TraderSync

Move your trade history out of TraderSync and into Viktury with the journal import, including which columns map automatically.

TraderSync is a long-running trade journal that has since been folded into TradeZella. Whether your account is still on TraderSync or has moved over, you can bring your history into Viktury and rebuild your analytics on a crypto-native PnL model. You do not need to re-enter your trades.

Export from TraderSync

Export your trades as a CSV from the data or export area. Choose the file that holds your individual trades or executions, with the symbol, date and time, side, quantity, price, and commission, rather than a summary report. If your account has already migrated to TradeZella, follow the TradeZella guide instead and pick that source.

If the original fills are still available from the exchange you traded on, that export is the most accurate source for prices, fees, and funding.

Import into Viktury

Open Import from another journal from the Accounts page. In the Source menu, choose TraderSync. Viktury recognizes TraderSync's standard column layout and pre-fills the mapping, including combining its separate date and time columns into one timestamp so same-day trades keep their order.

Upload the file, name the account, and review the Map columns step. The required fields should already be filled in; set any extra columns by hand. Viktury then shows a preview with duplicate detection so you can review before you commit.

If your file lists executions rather than completed trades, keep the row model on Fill and Viktury matches them into round trips with FIFO.

What carries over

Symbols, entries, exits, sizes, timestamps, and commissions carry over, and your stats are recomputed on Viktury's side.

If your export has a notes column, a tags column, or a setup grade (A/B/C), map those in the Map columns step to bring them across. Anything specific to TraderSync without a column in the export will not map automatically, so plan to re-create your tags and playbooks in Viktury. For a large history that looks off after import, send the file through the contact form and we will help.
