Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Viktury, the trading journal and analytics service available at journal.viktury.com(the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Service is and is not

Viktury is a journaling and analytics tool. It records and analyzes trades you have already made, on accounts you control, at brokers and exchanges we have no affiliation with.

• The Service is not investment advice. None of the statistics, charts, playbooks, or digests it produces are a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
• The Service is not a broker, exchange, or order-execution system. It cannot place, modify, or cancel trades on your behalf.
• Analytics are derived from data you import and may contain errors. Always verify against your broker’s own records.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor devices secure.
• One person per account; you may not share or resell access.
• You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others or create accounts by automated means.

3. Exchange and broker connections

Where the Service connects to an exchange or broker on your behalf, you must supply read-only API credentials. You are responsible for the permissions attached to keys you provide. We are not responsible for actions taken by your broker or exchange, for the accuracy of data they return, or for their downtime.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will look into it.

5. Your data

Your trading data, journal entries, and uploads remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service: to store, process, and display that data back to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.

6. Acceptable use

• No attempting to access other users’ data or probe the Service’s security.
• No scraping, reselling, or republishing the Service or its output as your own product.
• No using the Service for unlawful activity, including market abuse.
• No imposing unreasonable load (automated bulk requests, abuse of sync features).

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and the ability to export your data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where practical we will warn you first and give you the chance to export your data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
