Billing and plans
How Viktury's free and paid plans work, and how to manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
Viktury has three plans: a free tier and two paid tiers. The free tier lets you connect an account, import trades, and use the core journal and analytics. The paid tiers unlock more of the product, with more history and the heavier features for traders who are journaling seriously. You can see exactly what each tier includes, and the current prices, on the pricing page in your Viktury dashboard, so you are always looking at the live numbers rather than something that might drift out of date here.
How payments are handled
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you upgrade, you are taken to Stripe's checkout to enter your card, and Stripe handles the charge and stores your payment details. Viktury never sees or stores your full card number.
Managing your subscription
Your subscription lives in the Stripe customer portal, which you reach from the billing section of your account. From there you can update your card, download invoices, change your plan, or cancel. Changes you make in the portal flow straight back to your Viktury account.
- Upgrading takes effect right away so the new features unlock immediately.
- Downgrading or cancelling keeps your current plan running until the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not lose access mid-cycle.
At the end of the period
When a paid period ends without renewal, your account moves to the free tier. Your trades and journal entries stay where they are; you keep your data. What changes is access to the paid-tier features until you upgrade again.
