Your Edge Trial Starts With Your First Trades

New accounts get their 14 days of Edge from the day their first trades arrive, the Accounts page warns when one exchange account is connected twice, Binance says when a key cannot see futures, a rejected key pauses with an email, and Revolut X syncs hold up better.

A release about getting started without losing time.

Your 14 days of Edge start with your first trades. New accounts used to start the trial at signup, so time spent setting up a key or finding an export counted against it. Now the 14 days begin when your first trades land. If you subscribe during those days, your first charge waits until they end.

A warning when one account is connected twice. If the same exchange account is added twice, say with two API keys, your holdings count it twice. The Accounts page now points out the likely duplicate so you can remove one.

Binance tells you when a key cannot see futures. A key without futures access used to sync as if you had no futures at all. Your account now says so, and the setup guide explains that turning on futures access needs an IP restriction.

A rejected key pauses after three nights. If an exchange keeps turning down your API key, we try again for three nights, then pause the sync and email you once. Your account shows which stage it is at, and a new key or a manual sync picks things back up.

Steadier Revolut X syncs. Revolut X history is now read in smaller steps, and a sync waits and tries again when Revolut X asks it to slow down instead of failing.
