Templates That Fill Themselves In

A release about doing less typing: templates that come pre-filled, symbols that read the same everywhere, and a few new ways to mark up a chart.

Template defaults. Any section of a journal template can now carry a default value, and new entries start with it already filled in. Dropdowns, scales, checkboxes and rich text all support it, so the checklist you answer the same way every time is ready before you start writing.

Date and market tokens. Rich text defaults can include tokens that resolve when the entry is created. Date tokens like {{date}} and {{yesterday}} drop in the right date in the format you pick, and market tokens like {{close:BTC:4h}} pull the open, high, low, close or volume of the last completed candle. Your pre-trade note starts with the actual numbers instead of a blank line.

One symbol format everywhere. Trades, backtests and the symbol picker now show a canonical ticker, so the same market reads the same way whichever exchange it came from. Hover a symbol to see the exchange's own native version of it.

Notes on the chart. Three new annotation tools: a callout with a leader line to the point you are marking, a comment bubble that tags a spot on the chart, and a price label that pins the price at any point.

A searchable indicator picker. Adding an indicator now opens a proper picker with search, a category sidebar for moving averages, oscillators, trend, volatility and volume, and your favorites at the top. Same picker on trade charts and backtest charts.

Two-factor is your choice now. Two-factor authentication is no longer forced on your account. Turn it on when you want it, remove your last factor if you would rather not have one, and a banner will remind you if your account has no second factor. Passkeys and authenticator apps also work side by side now, so you can register both and sign in with either.

Correct value on Binance spot holdings. Fixed a bug where spot holdings from Binance came through without a price. They are valued properly again.
