A Bigger Charting Toolkit
A large batch of new chart drawing tools, a reorganized drawing toolbar, more accurate risk on inverse contracts, and a smoother sign-in.
A big batch of new charting tools, a reworked drawing toolbar, and a couple of correctness and sign-in fixes.
Harmonic and chart patterns. Draw the patterns you actually trade right on the chart: ABCD, XABCD, Cypher, Head and Shoulders, Triangle, and Three Drives. Each one snaps to the right number of points so the shape stays clean while you place it.
Elliott wave tools. Count out a move with dedicated Elliott wave tools: impulse and correction waves, triangles, and double and triple combinations.
Pitchforks, fans, and anchored VWAP. The Andrews pitchfork and its variants are here, along with a Fibonacci speed resistance fan for projecting support and resistance off a trend. You can also anchor a VWAP to any point on the chart and see standard-deviation bands around it.
More lines and channels. New info line and trend angle tools give you distance and angle as you draw, plus a regression trend channel, flat top and bottom lines, and disjoint channels for the setups a parallel channel does not quite fit.
Volume profile, two ways. Draw a box over any stretch of the chart to see where volume actually traded in that range, or anchor a volume profile to a point and let it build forward from there. Both let you set the profile's width and where it sits, so you can line it up with the levels price keeps coming back to.
Fibonacci and cycle tools. Project levels and timing off a move with a Fibonacci channel and a Fibonacci time zone, and map the rhythm of a market with cyclic lines, time cycles, and a sine line.
A redesigned drawing toolbar. The toolbar down the side of the chart is now organized into grouped flyouts, so related tools sit together, and the ones you reach for most stay on a floating favorites bar right on the chart.
More accurate risk on inverse contracts. Fixed a bug where the dollar risk shown on inverse-contract trades came out far too large. Your risk figures now read correctly.
A gentler sign-in. When your session needs re-authentication, the app now asks you to sign in again instead of quietly signing you out, so you pick up where you left off.
