New Line Tools and Backtest Drawings That Stick

A few additions to the chart toolkit and a correctness fix for Hyperliquid.

Three new line tools. You can now draw an extended line, a ray, and a cross line on any chart. Extended lines and rays run past your anchor points so you can project a level or a trend out to where price is heading, and the cross line marks a price and time at once.

Backtest drawings that stay put. Drawings you add to the backtest replay chart now stick around when you close and reopen it. Before, they could disappear and you had to redraw them.

More accurate Hyperliquid funding. We reconcile funding against Hyperliquid's own record now, so funding is no longer double-counted on some accounts. Your funding totals and PnL line up with the exchange.
