Entry price in the trade detail, and prices that read in dollars

A couple of small clarity fixes to the trade detail.

Entry price, next to the exit. Open any closed trade and you now see its entry price right beside the exit, so you can read both ends of the trade at a glance instead of picking them off the chart.

Prices in dollars. On coin-margined contracts like BTC-PERPETUAL, entry and exit prices now show in dollars, the currency they're actually quoted in, instead of the settlement coin's symbol. Realized PnL still shows in the coin, since that's where it settles.

A balanced calendar day view. The calendar day view now splits evenly between the calendar and that day's trades.
